Customer is subject to pay for return shipping back: Customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any items that are returned. 

Shipping times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days.

Shipping methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The shipping method you choose will affect the shipping cost and the delivery time. Larger items that ship via LTL are subject for longer transit time. 

Shipping LTL: Larger items are subject to ship via LTL. It is required you provide a working number for the delivery company to contact you to arrange a delivery date. All LTL items must be signed by the purchaser. Please inspect item for any damage before signing off for you orders. If your item is damaged please contact us right away and refuse delivery. You can email images with your order number to [email protected]

Tracking information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track the status of your order and see when it is expected to arrive.
